Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please review our policies below before purchasing.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn

In original condition

In original packaging

To begin a return, contact us at lovezensky@gmail.com with your order number.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Sale / clearance items

Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Gift cards

Items purchased with store credit

Final sale promotions


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email us within 72 hours

Include: order number, photos of the item, photos of packaging (if damaged in transit)

 

     

     

    We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.


    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.


    5. Shipping Costs

    Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

    We do not refund original shipping fees.

    Items lost in return transit (without tracking) cannot be refunded.


    6. International Orders

    Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

    International returns must be marked as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional charges.


    7. Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
    After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
