All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Texas, USA.

Yes — we offer global shipping to most countries. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
How long will my order take to process?
Each piece is made with intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
How long is delivery time?

What materials do you use?
We use natural gemstones, crystals, 14k gold plated components, and high-quality beading materials. Every stone is hand-selected for energy, beauty, and authenticity.

Yes. All stones are sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. Because they are natural, every stone has its own unique color variations and patterns.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! We love creating personal, meaningful pieces. Send us a message with your vision and we’ll design something just for you.
How do I care for my jewelry?

What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original condition. Custom pieces and sale items are non-returnable.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or fix your item at no cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we can update or cancel it. Once it ships, changes are no longer possible.
